So I want to install the LSPDFR mod where it lets you be a police officer but I have never installed any mod on GTA V yet is it possible that I install this single player mod and go to play online and get ban because of it?

use a Mod manager, it will open your game offline and when you exit the game, it will delete all the mods from your game, so you will never accidentally open your game with Mods

v0.1.5661.11198

this updae is not even released, got it directly from the Mod creator. use Folder mode instead of file mode in the settings

http://riftmax.com/bilago/GTAV/BETA_GTAV%20Mod%20Manager.zip

for Info - dont download here, it still has the old version and the creator hasnt released the version i gave you -  https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/gtav-mod-manager

i'll not be staring at the mod manger all day when i'm playing the game, and gets the job done instead of copying the mods every time to the folder. so i'd take a crappy ui over getting banned by accidentally opening GTA online with mods any day of the time

also you're probably the only person who thinks that way, don't use it.

You think the one I linked is just a blank exe? It does the same thing just looks like it wasn't made in paint.

i used your link long before, it's good at first but does a terrible job, absolutely terrible by the end when you have more than 20 mods, confusion everywhere which mod is activated and which mod is not, i'd rather have a crappy UI and a system where i can just select which mods i want and launch the game instead of manually activating and deactivating mod and finding them by scrolling through the list, trust me , i've used it before, good at first, but now, absolute crap.

for one, it doesnt even remove the mods after the game closes, you have to manually deactivate it from the 30 or so mods. at some point gets really annoying as you can disable all mods, but when you want to replay later, you have to manually surf through the whole thing again.

Surely the words Disabled and Enabled on the manager shows you which mods are enabled and disabled.

you dont mod that much do you?

let me make a list : flaws of niunManager

  • Does Not disable the mods when you close it, - requires manual labor
  • Having more than 20 mods is annoyance as you have to scroll too much just to delete or disable the mod you need
  • The only way to clear the mods after playing is if you manually disable the mods individually (good luck if you have more than 30 mods installed)
  • Can use disable all mods instead, BUT you need to manually enable the mods you need all over again (good luck if you have more than 30 mods installed)
  • Does not support rockstar social club version, have to manually press launch game from the desktop shortcuts
  • Last updated, million years ago,

you know what fixes all these problems? not the crappy niunManager, but the Mod manager which i linked. you're welcome

PS it will selfupdate in future

If you have a modded .rpf file then you will be banned.
I just stick to single player and mod it rather than playing online.
