So, my dad's co worker needs a new web browsing desktop pc. It has to be a pre built for some reason, so anything under $450USD will due. Remember: Its just for web browsing! Not gaming.  It doesn't matter the brand, and it can be bought online.

Honestly, prebuilt and building it yourself is like the same thing, but you lose money from prebuilt systems.

• OS: Windows 10/10 Pro  • SSD: Samsung 256GB 850 Evo Series *  • HDD: Seagate 1TB  • GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 GAMING X (SLI)

• RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory • Mobo: MSI Gaming 5

I noticed you can grab cheap Xeon (771 or 1366) HPs or Dell's on ebay for like 200-300$, aka Decommissioned workstations?

if it has to be new then you could probably look up office pc's like the guy said, probably a ton of options there

HP have one for $350 or something.  Just perfect for this kind of situation.

I'm pretty sure it comes with a monitor and keyboard etc from officemax overthere.

http://www.officedepot.com/a/browse/desktop-computers/N=5+592157&cbxRefine=302157&cbxRefine=391777/

these don't come with a monitor but for an extra $60 not a problem.
