Thats one big Driver Update xD, no but really, for whatever reason you may have unallocated space on the hard drive. Try having a looking in Disk Management to see if the there is any unallocated space there

I switched from a GTX 660 to a GTX 980 and lost ~700 GB of hard drive storage. Any ideas? Thanks.

Well, it was unallocated. Have no clue why.
