Would have liked to see a brushed aluminium backplate that matched their GPUs, but I guess I'm just being overly picky.  :P

How is the pricing on this compared to something like the new 840 EVO? (I know that isn't a PCIe SSD but still)

CPU: i5 4670k • Cooler: Corsair H100i • Motherboard: MSI Z87 MPOWER • RAM: Crucial Ballistix Elite 2x 8GB • Storage: Samsung 840 250GB SSD, 2x WD Red 3TB • GPU: EVGA GTX 780 3GB • PSU: Corsair RM750W • Case: Corsair 750D • Mouse: Razer Naga 2012 (I actually use the thing for productivity/media buttons) • Keyboard: Ducky Shine 3 w/ Browns - Green LED • Monitor: Asus PB278Q 27" 2560 x 1440, ASUS PB238Q 23" 1920x1080 • Lighting: 2m NZXT Sleeved Blue LED Strip • pcpartpicker.com/p/3cHfZ

I'm guessing that it will be ALOT more than a normal SSD like an EVO. More than double I am guessing.

CPU: AMD 3950x Mobo: MSI B550 RAM: 32GB DDR4 GPU: Asus 3080 Strix PSU: Superflower Leadex 3 720w Case: BeQuiet 500DX

Storage: 2TB SSD + 4TB HDD Audio: SMSL 793ii -> HiFiman HE-400 + Mission MS-50 Speakers

Yes there is a review from a reputable source:

Not really interested, I'd rather buy two 840 Pros and raid them on a trusty controller such as any Intel onboard.

And that ROG logo should be rotated 180 degrees

Forgot to mention that. What an oversight, how did they not notice that?  :lol: They do it properly on their GPUs though.

Why at the end of forum posts that mobile devices feel the need to tell everyone what device the message was sent from. It's like it's a Richard measurement contest between Apple and Samsung.

Finally something else to fill up all these PCI slots with. It definitely helps that it looks amazing as well.

Disliked sandforce controllers because they had many problems before. Not sure if they have fixed all their problems yet. Waiting for reviews to see if this ssd is very good.

No Problems at all! People, sandforce issues which are usually discussed should be only a wrong perception which is infact drastically changing nowadays & I can forsee a trend setting for sandforce based SSDs. Just go get it before it goes out of out stock ;)
