1) Mat used a deck of cards that had an all 6 section an all 4 section and an all 2 section with only the bottom 2 cards being an ace and a king. Then when he fanned out the cards he hid the ace and king at the bottom so they can't be picked. Look at 0:11 as Howard takes from the first section then at 0:19 when Hyde takes from the middle (he even says to) and at 0:28 as Howy takes from the end section because that's how Mat is holding the cards to him. 2)Before the show Mat prepared by putting an identical iphone in chair 642 because that's the only possible combination. (he can easily research her phone type and ringtone)  3) He takes 2 photos because the first is the actual photo and the second time he just sends it to the phone in the chair (that's why he only shows one photo at the end) 4) Look at: 0:35 how he holds his left arm completely still and 0:54 at the square shape in his sleeve. He has a fake phone in there. 5) At: 1:03 when we don't see him he switches the phones which is easy for a good magician and I can prove this because straight after he rolls up his sleeves and drops the fake phone in the water 6) Mat then makes the phone disappear because the folds the fabric in a special way so that it fits into a sleeve. Pause at: 2:02 and you will see the outline of the phone in the fabric (its in a small pocket and hidden you can also tell by the way he put the phone in at: 1:38 ). The hair dryer blows out the smoke. 7) Hyde calls the phone and Mels phone will not ring because Mat out it on silent while holding it before. And then Mat presses a button and makes the other phone ring and he then cuts open the chair, shows the sent pic and pre-set seat number that matches the cards and voila crown amazed (but not me) Mat has 3 phones in total: the fake sleeve phone that can drop in water, the seat phone and the real Mel's phone!
