SO I am doing some hours of practice this week in order to DJ a set for my friends 31st birthday next weekend. Was just practicing some mixes and i noticed something which made me giggle like hell

Great work there Atomix Corp, I'm really gonna drop Katy Perry into my 170+BPM Hard Trancer.

Lol. Yea, Vdj's recommendations have always been kinda buggy.

 

Woulda been funny as all hell to screw over the crowd though if you managed to try and work it in at a live session. Had a club DJ do that our local place once, brought up the bass leading to a drop, then suddenly transitioned to freaking beiber. Never seen a scrawny 20 something year old get boo'd down quite as fast as that.

Playing Katy Perry at 172BPM would result in either chipmunk heaven or key lock which causes track fluttering. I'm not insane :P

Who uses cheap software like this to DJ? Get something real. I see what's wrong with it.
