But why it is $0.14 and €0.19? Is the $ without tax? Not that the few cent difference bothers me :D I am just curious.

Well you're getting the game for the right price. Mine is cheaper. 4.99 x 0.4 = 0.1996. Round 0.1996 to 0.19?
