$300-$400 gaming PC Budget

So I have already put a build together and I was wondering if there is a way to get a better performance for cheaper or a cheaper GPU that will work just as well! or if there is something you recommend me to change. I mainly need it for playing games like League of Legends, CS:GO, L4D2. but I would like it to run games like Skyrim and ARK at 30+ frames and medium to high settings! I do not need the fancy 4k and 1080p stuff (i'm not to sure what 4k means but I don't need it) if you even have a build that will do these things please link it.

Here is the build I plan to buy: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/TPZdTW

(I am new to this site so i'm not sure if this is where I post something like this.)

EDIT:I have a total of $400 to buy this PC the rest is saved for taxes shipping and an OS.

That 730 is going to cripple any gaming you'd want to do other than LOL CS and L4D, but you mentioned that's what you mostly need it for. Keep in mind you will have to upgrade for almost any other games.

This would be better for the same price.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XmyBpg

Would hit 30fps on 1080p with medium to high settings.

This would be better for 50$ more.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/VGvFnQ

Would hit 60fps on 1080p with medium to high settings.

Please dont use ECS motherboards, they never do BIOS updates and they easily break... Many I've known used them and they got problems within the first year. LOL and his build has no memory  :P

DONT USE ECS! I had an ECS board when I started and after like 1 month the board died while I was playing a game!
