Hard Drive Vibrating, and speedfan S.M.A.R.T charts

1823alex

So I restarted my pc and, I heard a vibrating noise coming from my boot drive a Western Digital 1TB drive, it only vibrates during the startup process and then stops at 'Starting Windows' or once I login.

My setup is:

i5 3570k

nVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 ti

x2 4gb Corsair Vengeance RAM

(Totalling 8gb of RAM)

Asus P8Z77-V LX (Motherboard)

Windows 7 Home Premium

Corsair Carbide Series 500R

Boot Drive: 1 Terabyte Western Digital

Secondary hard drive: 1.5 Terabyte Western Digital

(only the boot drive is vibrating)

In speedfans SMART charts It gives me a green OK next to the error but I assume the OK means the error has been 'fixed'

SMART gave me all of these errors with a green OK next to them:

Raw read error rate, spin up time, reallocated sector count, seek error rate, current pending sector count, uncorrectable sector count. they all say OK in green next to them

Any help at ALL is much appreciated.

May be spinning up perhaps.

Could be going bad. Is it screwed down properly?

Kind of odd though that it stops once the Start Windows screen comes up.

Yeah, most mechanical drives spin up fast on post/boot and then slow down but the vibrating is weird.
