upgrade 750ti to 980..... or wait for pascal... I DONT LIKE DECISIONS

so i am really torn between getting a gtx 980.... and just waiting for pascal....

 

my 750ti can run stuff. simple as that. it can run it at decent settings, at playable rates, but it just isn't as good as it could be. it should be able to continue to be able to run games until pascal comes out late next year i assume.

 

at this point its just like.... stop releasing better cards please i cant choose they come out so fast!

 

im that guy that constantly wants to have the best of the best but cant afford it and when i can afford it, something better is going to come out in a little while. 

 

so my question: 

 

upgrade my 750ti to a 980, buy a 690  for cheap on ebay and wait, or just wait for pascal which is supposed to just destroy everything ever, but if it doesnt im going to be sad.

 

i dont like decisions.

 

decide for me.

Can you get by using your 750ti until pascal comes out?

Yes - Wait until pascal.

No - Get the 980.

If you are poor just buy used cards. 780/780ti have good prices at the moment.

 pascal is supposed to be 10x faster than a titanX and the 980 demolishes the 780ti :3 so the 780ti is gonna be massivly underpowered. correct?

Impossible. Unless it will also cost 10 times more than a titan x.

If you can wait for Pascal wait, it sounds like one of the more interesting architectures in the not too distant future but it is still a fair wile away so if you want to play something in the next 12 moths or so just get a 980.

780Ti is still a relevant card, and would be a big jump from what you are using

Sucked for me for the like 4-5 months that I had to use the integrated intel hd 4600 graphics of my i5 4690K for gaming because I couldn't afford a dedicated gpu... (I've got a gigabyte gtx 970 g1 gaming now :D amazing card)

-What are the games you play the most and what kind of FPS are you getting (is it playable)?

-How much do you value upgrading (what is MORE important? getting the experience now by getting the GTX 980 or getting value in the long run by waiting for pascal)?
