Posted June 15, 2015 As said before, if you are on a Mid-Range budget, I would recommend the Asus Z97-A. I have a friend who has it, and he says its great for the money. Posted June 15, 2015 ASRock Z97 Extreme6 is in your budget. No competition. The other two boards that have been suggested are trash by comparison. Intel Inside. Overweight guy in his 30's outside. Posted June 16, 2015 Don't forget mAtx style. Everyone seems to link only atx form factor, but mAtx has the same features as well, many including sli/xfire support and at some lower prices. Posted June 16, 2015 Author Many people had technical issues with the ASRock extreme6 as well with the Asus Z97-A and the customer support is terrible... So I will go with the ASUS Z97 PRO GAMER because most of the reviews say that the board had no issues so I won't have to call the terrible customer support..
