PLEASE SOMEONE, im begging please someone please help me. 1 week ago i got elder scrolls online, and ive been trying to download it for a week, 70mbs dw internets good. I get corrupted file error, all that i did all this trouble shooting, then i tried a diff download on steam, and i get same thing, so its not from elder scrolls, can anyone please please please help me out. I want to be able to download games without corrupted files. PLEASE IM BEGGING

what does "70mbs dw internet good" mean not sure what your trying to say..

wifi?

70mbs dw internet good means, i have 70mbs internet, dont worry, its good. I'm using ethernet,i do have latest version of directx i have framwork 4.5.2

Internet speed has nothing to do with a corrupted installation, and don't know how it took you a week to download a game with 70mb/s.

its not from steam, elder scrolls online is a diff client, just any big file game and stuff dont work, somethings wrong, please if you can help in any way

 

Is file you downloaded a zip file?  If so, make sure you extract the contents of the zip file before you try to install anything.

Most game clients, including steam, don't require you to extract anything.....

To the OP, try downloading and running malwarebytes to make sure it isn't something foul at play here. I have a feeling it is.

i even reset my windows 7, i have no malware nothing....

Resetting windows does nothing for malware / viruses. Even most anti-virus software like Norton is useless. Run a reliable software like malwarebytes to be sure - https://www.malwarebytes.org/
