My buddy just got his brand new first PC today but I got nothing to play with him. Any ideas?

Why are there no good new multiplayer games, lol. I played a lot of the above but there are some that are quite interesting. It's all MOBA or CS:GO nowadays. The only decent one is GTA: Online.

If you want good Multiplayer, not just CO-OP then try:

DayZ (CO-OP in this game can take hours.)

ARMA 3

Battlefield 3/4

GRID Autosports

Insurgency

Titanfall

Warframe

War Thunder

 

If you have a lot of time spend waiting:

Medal of Honor Warfighter

Ghost Recon Future Soldier

(Both can take a lot of time to find people to play.)

I like how Magicka 2 came out and had so little publicity. Probably because the core gameplay is still the same. I loved the original.

+1 to Left 4 Dead 2.

I don't really like the co-op in Borderlands because it also increases AI difficulty which is suppose to balance the game but I don't like when games does that, please just let me and my friends have fun instead of everyone getting instant kill because of the extra damage from enemies. We can just adjust the difficulty if we wanted challenge.

How does Dragon Age: Inquisition Co-Op work?

You each play a certain class in the party, it's kinda like your own mini mmorpg in a single player game.

Check it out on youtube to get an good idea about the co-op mode.

borderlands 2 for sure, if you get 2 more guys this game is THE SHIT. when i first bought borderlands 2 i thought it was an fps (silly me) and when i found out it was an rpg i was disappointed, cause i never played rpgs and i didnt wanna bother learning them, game turned out to actually be one of my favorites.

Dungeon Defenders series.

Iron Brigade.

Mercenary Kings.

Starbound.

Terraria.

 

Many of those have been on console too but if you haven't played them they are worth checking out.
