Did you remember to remove the clear plastic on the CPU cooler's cold plate?

Very good cooler, only thoughts are that it may not be installed proper, or your case has crap airflow.

 

Give us info on your case, all the fans you have, and which are intake and exhaust.

Can you be a bit more specific? Proper spec list would be good. Or just case model, fan models, PSU fan up or down and number of harddrives. Knowing the specific GPU might be handy too.

 

Though as long as your case and fans are halfway decent simply having a bad mount would be my assumption.

Damn, that's a great cooler. Have you checked the cooler if it's mounted properly? If not, try to remove the cooler then reapply thermal paste and remount it again.

Overclocked? Which mobo? Could you post pic of CPU-Z main window. I think that might be because of mobo auto-overvolting.

i fixed the problem yesterday its 30 degrees idle now and on full load 65-70 degrees, like most of you said the fan wasnt mounted real good
