is your cooler working?

did you set a custom fan curve?

do you have your thermal paste applied correctly?

It's not normal.... Check your cooler, make sure it's put properly. What's your cooler by the way?

maybe it isn't reading the temps correctly?

could you test it with MSI afterburner or something? or maybe in your BIOS?

Very good cooler, only thoughts are that it may not be installed proper, or your case has crap airflow.

Give us info on your case, all the fans you have, and which are intake and exhaust.

Can you be a bit more specific? Proper spec list would be good. Or just case model, fan models, PSU fan up or down and number of harddrives. Knowing the specific GPU might be handy too.

Though as long as your case and fans are halfway decent simply having a bad mount would be my assumption.

Damn, that's a great cooler. Have you checked the cooler if it's mounted properly? If not, try to remove the cooler then reapply thermal paste and remount it again.
