it was all running nice i was happy but happiness lasted only a day and a half now the temperature is reaching 70-80 c on max load and 45 -55 c on idle :l what the  happened ?

How do you test the load.

take the cooler off and check for air pockets in your thermal paste.

reapply it very carefully. if that doesn't stop it you might want to reajust your fan curves.

if that still doesn't stop it maybe you did the first load test wrong or something?

prime95/aida64

prime95 puts an unrealistic heat load on your cpu. aida64 pushes temps higher than you'd see in normal use too but not as much as prime

My rig:
CPU: i5 4690k 24/7 @4.4ghz (1.165v) Max 4.7ghz (1.325v) COOLER: NZXT Kraken X61 MOBO: Asus Z97-A   RAM: 16GB Crucial Ballistix Tactical   GPU: EVGA GTX 970 SSC   PSU: EVGA GS 650W   CASE: NZXT Phantom 530 HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB + WD Black 2TB

Prime and aida are unrealistic load types, try running a game or something like unigen valley, as far as CPU temps increasing has it been long enough for the system to get very dirty? is the CPU fan working? if it's not dirty and the fan is working take the cooler off and re apply the tim.

well when playing cs go it goes even higher >.>

take the evo off, clean off all the thermal paste from the cooler and cpu with rubbing alcohol and a coffee filter and try again. you might have put too much paste last time, or if you took off the cooler and put it back on it could have created air pockets. another possibility is that the cooler isn't seated properly or the fan curve in the bios is set to silence or something similar.

Thermal paste doesn't just go bad in one day. And definetly not high quality like H1. I've been using that for almost 2 years and no change on temps. I think that you have loose cooler instead.
