Ultimate Gaming and NAS/celebrating 2,000 builds

Hello everyone, I just wanted to get opinions on what's going to be my 2000th build. I'll be building this PC in about 1 1/2 months (currently my build tally stands at 1,972 over 5 years). It will be a gaming PC that will serve as a local media server until our new place is finished. It is a special event to me and I'd like to make the celebration as fun as possible.

 

Also, I'll be commissioning a plaque with the serial number of the PC being #A002000JN made out of carbon fiber or sterling silver (please vote on this!!!) This build will be posted on LTT when I start and will be updated as we progress. I'm also not worried about pricing as most of this stuff is sitting in the warehouse as we speak...

 

So without further adieu, here are the specs:

 

Intel i7-5960X (not really necessary, but why not?)

ASUS X99 Deluxe (the best x99 board in my opinion)

Corsair H100i (I really don't want to deal with a custom loop, I already do that on a daily basis I'd like this as simple as possible)

G.Skill Ripjaws 4 64GB DDR4-2800 Memory (why not?)

A single GTX Titan X, or if you guys want to see me do it I can go up to 3-way.

400GB Intel 750 NVMe (PCIe version) SSD

2x WD Black 2TB in Raid 0

4x WD Red Pro 4TB in Raid ? (i haven't decided)

Corsair HX1000i PSU

Corsair 760T (custom painted by the folks at Ford Motor Company, in Ford Mustang livery)

 

Anything else you guys think should be added or taken away? throw out all ideas good or bad!

also, three way SLI with titan X's will be kinda overkill for gaming, no? maybe they'll be running in full potential when dx12 games drop?

other than that, i think this build is gonna be awesome! looking foreward to the build log now.

Luke did a video on this drive (at least the 2.5" version, and hopefully the PCI-E version soon to come) that was uploaded yesterday....check it out here!

I would go with the NZXT krakan x61, much better than a corsair cooler.

Oh and the carbon fiber plaque would add more of a modder feel to the system, but the sterling silver does have some elegance to it...

Ive built many with several CPU cooler brands, I just feel as if the Kraken has premium build quality opposed to the h100, just opinion really. Also, lower temperatures if that matters to you. LMG produced a video of it if you'd like to see it, plus there is the whole idea of CAM software which is great.

There's also the fact that I'm sitting on 34 H100i's and 0 X61's. I don't have to spend money if I don't need to.
