so I've water cooled 1 system before with soft tubing and i am planning to build a new rig so i will custom cool which tubing should i use hardline or flexible. :)

Hardline tubing is nice, but personally it's not worth the headache.

The projects never end in my line of work.

its only going to be for the cpu anyways not for the graphics card

It's a pain in the arse. If you mess up a bend, you have to scrap that piece of tubing.

I have never tried hard tubing but i do have a build in a Corsair Obsidian 900d with a watercooled i7-4790k and two watercooled gtx970 cards.  From my experience with soft tubing i can say that it is really easy to work with because it bends without having to be heated allowing you to easily cut it to the right length and since it is flexible it is really easy to remove from fittings for upgrades or whatever.  From what i have seen and heard about hard tubing is that it looks really good (although a well made soft tubing loop can also look really good) but it is time consuming to make and it makes it really hard to disassemble your loop and if done improperly could look worse than soft tubing.  From what i have heard hard tubing is really hard to work with and for a beginner i would recommend soft tubing.

hardline looks better but its also more expensive sogo with soft tubing its worth it too when you do a good job ;)
