How to watch Linus' videos?

Hi guys!,

I love Linus' videos but can't watch them because where I am(Pakistan) youtube is blocked. I don't have much internet speed, 0.5 Mbps download.

Not sure if it is blocked in your country.

i would try using a proxy web site. like http://proxy.org

then download the video

with https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/

make sure you check into. any laws ( in your  country ) that would not let you do this first.

anyone know what is up with youtube ... it always drops down the quality to 240p or even 144p when and it buffers even at those low qualities... heck dailymotion runs at 480p with no problems and porn downloads at 720p with problems on a 1mb connection

This is a setting for lower quality all the time so check your YouTube settings
