My computer is way too loud

the stock hyper 212 fan can be loud but

your gpu while gaming can hit 80C, thus your gpu fan could go as far as 100% and sound like a jet engine going off beside you,

check fan speed with msi afterburner and set a custom fan profile for lrelatively quiet during idle

but for load you can only bear with it,

an aftermarket cooler could reduce noise but it is not worth it,

ive got dual 7770's, i know they aren't the most high end, but even with both at max capacity the fans never pass 60% so unless he's got the blower design, i doubt it would be the gpu

Submerge the computer in a salt water lake, i did it computer makes no noise what so ever.
