FX-8350 and 290x?

On PCPP it says an R9 290x, FX-8350, (HDD's, etc..) takes up 540 watts. Would an EVGA 650w PSU 80+ Gold be enough? Or should I just get an 80+ bronze 750 watt one?

I'd go for the EVGA 650w 80+Gold.

A 550W PSU would be enough so a 650W will work.

I run full overclock on my R9 270 and 4 GHz on my 8320, with a 500w. You should be just fine overclocking, just don't go insane with 7 GHz on Liquid Nitrogen.
