SLI doesn't double vram man. Although I dearly wished it did.

Even then, I haven't seen most AAA titles go over 3.5GB. I haven't watched all the reviews so I'm not too sure on that. But I'm sure that there will be one or two games that overshoots the 3.5GB. Other than that, it usually stays below, if not close to 3.5.
