You can make the fan on the 212 move up a bit to make the necessary room, if there is the need. I did it with my Corsair Vengeance RAM, but yes, your CPU cooler and RAM will fit fine. :)

The corsair h100i is one of the better lower price water coolers. I got my pre refresh haswell chip to 4.6ghz on one and the temps are great. Dont get a single 120mm rad as those normally are in the same performance category as a normal aircooler like the h212

Case: Phanteks Evolve X with ITX mount  cpu: Ryzen 3900X 4.35ghz all cores Motherboard: MSI X570 Unify gpu: EVGA 1070 SC  psu: Phanteks revolt x 1200W Memory: 64GB Kingston Hyper X oc'd to 3600mhz ssd: Sabrent Rocket 4.0 1TB ITX System CPU: 4670k  Motherboard: some cheap asus h87 Ram: 16gb corsair vengeance 1600mhz

Budget is around $50 a $75 tops

you could buy my custom CPU-only loop. :P 50 bucks.

its a bunch of AIO water loops from like, 2006 or whatever, all cooler master parts, i found them broken and stuff,

80mmx80mmx60mm radiator

copper cpu block.

LGA775 mounting. only. ONLY. xD

I know nothing about water cooling

Then you should stick with air cooling. If you go for AIO it will be top side of your budget and still only compete with air coolers of same price. You could look at be Quiet! or Noctuas stuff also if you like cooler to fit more to that range.

OP: the H60 is pretty cheap and is generally pretty good, especially if on a budget

Thx still want to know any other budget friendly solutions

Why replace the cooler when moving to Intel? The intel stock cooler is smaller than AMD's.

Is this any good?

Cooler Master Seidon 240M 86.2 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

Sure? Whether it's a better choice than the 212 Evo may depend on pricing.

Cheapest AIOs will be trashed by air coolers of same price range. And AIO will be much louder. Anyway, if you look for AIO, Corsairs H50/55 might be good pick.
