I have no idea which forum this would of been proper to post this under, so I am here. I purchased these a while ago, and have been using them ever since. But I quickly realized that I just have too many cables running through them. I attached it to the back of my desk so it's hanging off it and I have found that when I need to mess with the cords and I have a cord that's all the way at the bottom of the pile, it's just such a pain to deal with. Do you guys have any solutions to routing cables better? Maybe a deeper and larger channel? I'm using a basic Ikea desk. Any help or suggestions would be amazing.

LTTStore Cable Management? https://www.lttstore.com/collections/mcm-landing

Is there room at the back of the table to use another one of those cable channels and spread the cables out over 2 channels?

Self adhesive hook or loop type cable management are usually fairly cheap and will probably be easier to manage if you need to access the cables and you can easily set up multiple sets if you have too many cables to fit in one loop/hook, but they really just kind of hold the cables in place they won't hide the cables like those cable channels so it really depends if you want to just tidy the cables up or hide them. From my experience quality of the hook/loops varies, and the junk ones will often have really bad adhesive strips that let go after a few weeks. I went through a bunch of cheap ebay self adhesive hooks that wouldn't stay in place before finally spending a little bit extra and getting some better quality ones which actually stuck. Try to get ones with proper 3M self-adhesive tape, those have seemed to have stayed in place for a few years in my experience (though a lot of them claim to have 3M tape and actually don't).

If you aren't trying to hide the cables the wire basket type trays that go under the desk can hold a bunch of cables and should be pretty easy to get to the cables as needed and cables can be tossed in there pretty loosely, but it can easily end up looking a bit like a rats nest with cables shoved in the basket. Really only useful if you just don't want a bunch of cables drooping down behind the desk.

My personal solution is just shoving all the cables behind the desk where you can't see them and pretend they're not there. I gave up trying to cable manage whenever I needed to move stuff around the desk and had to redo the cable management every time.

That used to be how I did things. But since I moved and got new desks, I now have a bare bones Ikea desk. So all my cables were drooping down to where my feet were and I would end up kicking them as I stretched and it got very annoying.  I just can't seem to find a really deep or large cable channel, everything is pretty much the same size as my current one. The only thing I can think of if I don't' do the channel, are the basket things like you said, or the nets.
