Random crashes

My pc has had a history of crashing but usually I would just wait it out maybe update my gpu drivers and that’s it, but this time is different, it’s not a system failure because it’s even crashing in the bios, temps look ok 40c cpu in bios, not good but not bad, Tbh idk what’s going on, if anyone knows please tell me, thanks
