3DMARK results. does it perform well?

Hello guys, I have wrote a thread yesterday about poor performance on my games and few of people who responded and suggested to change the PSU because mine looks trash and the others wants benchmark for 3dmark and few were asking about if my computer is cool enough.
Well Guys, I have a bit of knowledge on systems but not too advanced Im seeking here a suggestion whether its a system change or an upgrade of a component or whatever Im here listening for your advices I would really really appreciate your help!

Your CPU score is about 1000pts low, so I would want to figure out why. The good thing about 3dmark is that scores are automatically uploaded to a database so you can compare them to your current components to see if you're a bit low.

From where should I start investigate on the cpu issue.

Use HWiNFO to look at the clock speed and temperatures.
