HTC One M8 not sending everytime

KirbyTech

Pretty much as they title says, most messages fail to send and those that do often take hours to be delivered. Same goes for reviving, only started happening once I got this phone. Any ideas?

I am on rogers in case it matters

You said it only happened once you got your M8. have you tried putting the SIM in a different phone? It sounds like the phone is faulty and you should RMA it.

I have not tried since I gave my old phone to my father. It is a new sim from my old phone as my old one was too big.

Sounds like an issue on Roger's end, not the phone. Give them a call and see what's up. If the SIM is an issue they should be able to issue you a new one for free, as it's covered by "warranty" in the case that the SIM is causing problems. They may be able to just fix it by changing some things on their end. I had the same problem before and after giving Bell a call they were able to "reinitialize" my service and the issue was fixed.

If you have ever dealt with Rogers you would know they suck for customer service, I would compare them to Comcast but I'll try if not I have found going to their mobile center often helps as they respond to them. (Have a current ticket open with rogers for 1 week and no response regarding email not working properly when using cogeco email on their network.)

I had Rogers for 3 years and their customer service was fantastic, but then again I switched two years ago, so I don't know what their CS is like nowadays.

For wireless it sucks now, calling does little, neither does the online support. For their internet service I am told they are pretty good. Maybe me and my father have just had abnormal customer service.

Yeah, I was them for the 3 years after the release of the iPhone 3GS, so it's been a while.
