Are Clevo and Sager the same? What's so great about them?

Title. I see these two being recommended all the time. I looked it up briefly and it left me confused, are Clevo and Sager the same laptops? And what's so great about them that makes them so recommended on the forum compared to the likes of Gigabyte/Aorus and MSI gaming laptops?

Clevo is the manufacturer, Sager sell Clevo laptops as do many other companies

 

They are very well build reliable, and subtly styled high end laptops, that are extremely customisable
