16gb Kingston Hyper X Fury Ram

MSI Z97 Gaming 3 Motherboard

EVGA GTX 970 4gb Superclocked

Corsair H100i

1TB WD HDD

1 Led Strip (unknown Brand but not super bright)

All help is much appreciated.

Thanks!

Thanks!

Just put your parts into PCPartPicker, or calculate using for example the tool of Be Quiet!, it will tell you how much you need.

Basic guide to CPU's!

If I said I were 14, you would call me a kid. If I say 70, you’ll entitle me too old. If I say 20 you say I’m inexperienced and if I say 40 than I'm too boring.

EVGA 750G2 is pretty much perfect for 970 SLI, 650 should be enough but too close for comfort IMO :)

Your 650w PSU should be enough but play it safe and get a 750W PSU

two 970's will draw around 450 watts, plus what ever else you system is running.... see the link below

Thats the total system draw. Dual 970 will draw about 300 combined.

Core i7 4820K  |  NH-D14 | Rampage IV Extreme | Asus R9 280X DC2T | 8GB G.Skill TridentX | 120GB Samsung 840 | NZXT H440  |  Be quiet! Dark Power Pro 10 650W

Wait the gaming 3 does not support sli I believe

yes the Gaming 3 supports CF

SLi will need to go for the Gaming 5 at least

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
