970 at an insanely low price point

Fidycent

Today i got a skype message from a friend, asking why a specific 970 is so cheap compared to EVGAs etc, i looked at it and thought that the store has messed something up, but then i went to different sites to check it out, newegg amazon etc has the same ol normal prices, whilst other stores within the country also have these insanely low prices..

Example:

http://www.dateks.lv/en/cenas/videokartes-pci-express/94922_gigabyte_geforce_gtx_970_4gb_gddr5_g1_gaming

Should i spend all my money on buying 4 970s? Or this cant be possible and i should skip..

O-o. If this is a trustable seller you should buy 6 of them and sell the other 2 for 200€..... (Each)

You can't SLI 4 970's, 970's only SLI up to 3 way.

And even at 3 way the performance gain for the money spent is not worth it.

I am assuming that is in latvia, that doesnt really look like a trustworthy site though, I would try one and see if it works

As i said in the main post, i also thought its just the store, but another one where i bought my 4690k etc has the same prices..

Ive never had the money to even think about SLI 2 way, so ive never gone into specifics..

No Latvian store has any point to ship to the US, everything there is cheaper.

Where did you get your CPU from if you don't mind me asking?

1a.lv

Something seems off, CPUs are at the same pricepoint, so are actual PCs, but motherboards and GPUs are at an all time low, and what makes it so weird is that the 2 largest part stores have these prices so low..
