no but i guess to some extent! not like they dont have money! they should so giveaways tho! 

Why would they trust people they have no idea who they are?

They're not going to give away free Generation 5 X99 CPU's away to every bloke who wants it. Free samples for people like Linus, maybe.

Me and me mate are halfway through our first explination for a channel we are going to start but we were thinking we could explain certain things like processors but at the same time review it. Do you think they would give them to us?

Not a chance. They are for OEMs.. these aren't even review samples.

I'm often surprised by who get review samples of things, but I'm sure there are at least certain minimums for viewer count and channel history that they'd want to see first. Posting a video or two isn't likely to do it. I don't think most of the tech channels started out getting free stuff… Linus got his foot in the door with NCIX, and I think a lot of them have had to review their own hardware first.
