I'm looking for a headphone and mic combo for less than 100$. I have a fairly noisy environment and a fairly loud keyboard (A1048 for those interested).

 

My primary purpose is gaming though I don't really give two cats about 7.1 hyper-super-sensitive-ultra-footstep-enhancing....

 

Currently I'm using a Razer Megalodon(I would strongly not recommend) and I'm told I sound like I'm speaking through a paper bag when I'm talking; when I'm not, it sounds like static to the point where people can't even hear their own game over my mic. Needless to say, I want a better solution.

 

I'm not an audiophile by any stretch of the imagination and I just want something that doesn't sound like, or make me sound like balls.

Superlux HD668B + any microphone.  The Snowball is a very good mic though, I own one myself.
