Best Closed Loop Cooler

Hi. Im thinking about getting a new computer soon and i was wondering what you guys thought was the overall best pre-done closed loop water cooler. Im interested in water cooling but i dont think i am ready for custom loops. Of course, there is the popular corsair h100, but a lot of other companies are bringing their water coolers to the market and I am curious on how they compare.

Of course the cheaper, the better but i would like to stay around the $100 price point. I dont mind buying some better fans for one if its worth it.

I would go with the Swiftech H220, it's a tad more expensive but it's better than the corsair closed loop cpu cooler ;)

And ofc for the fans: NF-F12's

I don't really know man, i know that the Corsair pump is really silent actually. If somebody hears anything it's because he WANTS to hear something^^

yeah, but PCH fans are pretty much always loud, because they have to spin at high rpms to move any air at all.

Ok. Thanks. I guess someone had a faulty h100i. I am kind of wanting the h220 pretty bad now. It looks really good.
