I've had this issue for a while now, and I can't figure out the remedy. When using Chrome/FF/IE to watch a youtube (and now vessel) video, it always looks distorted like the picture below for the first 15 seconds or so.

I've disabled hardware acceleration in my browsers, no fix..Reinstalled video drivers for my 7970, no fix.. I don't know what else to do.  Any ideas?

Update all browsers, and update adobe flashplayer, this may help.

If I'm not mistaken, Vessel uses Flash.

So apparently you have the problem in HTML5 and Flash.

It looks a whole lot like artifacting (which is caused by a failing GPU)

Try watching a video with iGPU or a different GPU

All browsers up to date, adobe flash player reinstalled from their website, same issue.

I'm pretty sure my GPU isn't failing as I've been gaming a lot this week with no crashes.  Just played 2 hours of Smite today and had no artifacting.

This might help fix it, its for youtube. https://www.youtube.com/html5

It may seem redudent, but it fixes corruption way worse then your experiencing.

Forgive me, but what am I to do on that page?  There's no options for me, just general info on HTML5.

There should be an option to force using HTML5 deafult from the browser, it should be a blue square on the page.

It's already ticked, can't unselect it either.

I vote driver issues, are you using a beta driver, or some driver automatically installed through Windows Update?

Using latest non beta drivers from AMD's site.

Nevermind, Twitch uses Flash.
