i really don't know is this right place for this thread..

 

okay in my new build i will use my old HDD, and on that HDD i have few Games and my OS Windows 7 32bit

New System (Build) will have 8 GB of RAM..

 

So will it be okay if i connect that old HDD to new Build?

And will i be able to boot up my PC with that OS (Installed)

Yes but you will also need to install the proper drivers for your new hardware.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

so i will not have problem if 32 bit OS is on 8 GB RAM system

Yes you will from what i heard win 32 can only use 4 gb of ram

You will only be able to use 4 GB.

32 Bit - 4GB Limit

 

64 Bit - 8GB +

 

Treba ti 64 Bit Windows.

Technically it will still work. But you will only have I believe its 3.75GB Of Usable ram.

Also spam F11 to choose boot drive when you power your new system.

you need to select which harddrive that boots up, you need to do it in the BIOS actually, choose the old HDD with the OS on it.

Nisam siguran gde naci besplatno. Mozda cete morati kupiti 64 bit kopiju.

You can use that HDD, but since there is a 32 bit OS on it you'll only be able to use 4GB RAM.

And you can't just simply upgrade Windows to a 64 bit version, so you will have to format and reinstall anyway.

You will have a problem. You will need Windows 7 64-bit to use that 8GB's of RAM. I know that i will have to format but only C disk right? not a disk D (in D i have my personal files and few games)

I was right in saying he would have no problem in using Windows 7 32 bit OS with 8 GB of ram.  He didn't ask whether it will make use of 8 GB of ram or not so people stop getting all over what I stated.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S
