So I just received my my corsair carbide 200r case and when I was taking it out of the box It shocked me, should I be worried about the preinstalled hardware inside?

Best way to know is to start up the PC and see if it works. If it does, then no need to worry at all. If it doesn't, start panic!~~~

Nope. Getting shocked while pulling a case out of a box is one of the many joys of CP building.
