It will be totally fine although i would recommend getting a 600+w psu for further expansion in the future price difference is negligible.

do not get a corsair cx unit..get the seasonic 520 black or 620 black one

they should be pretty close to the same price

Why not buy a better unit if you're getting those parts?

Calculate RAM based on CPU + PSU. The rest pretty much doesn't matter. 

 

And yes 500 is plenty

Its doing quite fine, actually i dont know if you can call it a cheapo psu, its 43€ for 530W with 80+ rating
