Watch_Dogs; Is it worth playing w/ Graphics mods?

No it's not worth paying for unless it's £15. Graphics are only one part of a game but when the gameplay is bad it's just not a very good game. Watch Dogs is just not a very good game. Coming from someone who bought the season pass for god knows what reason and played through the whole game. I haven't played any of the DLC I payed for because it's that bad of a game. You can't defend it which is why I am boycotting all Ubisoft titles. I have been ever since Watch Dogs, obviously it was my choice but Ubi doesn't publish any good games anymore.
