I was referring to you thinking that the UK doesn't have many aspartame drinks when it has plenty.

 

When i said crap, i was referring to the drink itself. Not aspartame.

I constantly consume high sugar foods, fruit juices, regular coke, chocolates, boxes of cakes.

I'm still under 180 lbs and below what is considered overweight for my height.

4 large pizzas a week, still not overweight.

I will not touch artificial sweeteners until I am diabetic, and since diabetes runs on both sides of my family I'm bound to get it even if I ate healthily.

Linus is my fetish.

Also I bought a Mountain Dew can yesterday, seems it has sugar in it, instead of HFC.

 

But I got told that MD with sugar is called Throwback in the US.

Most things we eat technically increase out cancer risk.

When it comes to food I guess try yo eat sensibly. And the key word is always moderation.

I'm pretty sure that Mtn Dew is the most toxic shit you can ingest.

I think it has the highest sugar content as far as the mainstream sodas go

Gotcha.. well there is one soda available that is worse than Mountain Dew available in the USA.

Funnily enough I drank a Mountain Dew today, here they sell them with sugar cane sugar in them instead of HFCS.

 

It tasted meh, Red Bull is better.

Not to go off topic but I've pretty much completely stopped drinking soda and have done so for the past 9 years (I'm 24), and most of candy I used to as well. I'm very happy I did. The only thing left is coffee creamer O.o

removing both of them reduced my yearly intake by a rediculous 78,000 calories :o

the coffee creamer is the most insane at 139,500 calories @_@
