pick Asus Maximus Z97 LGA 1150 VI or VII hero?

I'm confused guys

VI max has more features but VII Hero is newer. Just get a Z97-A and call it a day.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

Z97 board are build to support Broadwell with a BIOS update

 

Z87 will not support

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
