so yeah, games are more realistic every day...

but they are nearly same as real life, gta5, advanced warfare, when you play them it's almost like you were in real life

so, someday it has to stop with graphics no?

there will be higher resolutions and stuff like that, but someday games will reach the reality in graphics, then what?

Graphics in games are nowhere NEAR realistic

Then someone will make a game with simplest graphics possible and make a shitload of money because it will stand out.

Environmental and non-biologic things are already so realistic at best that people have tough time spotting difference. Animation model for people and animals are somewhat close to realistic but I haven't seen things that would be so realistic that they would be seen as real thing. Skin graphics for humans and most animals are still far from realistic.

 

There will be thing soon where VR is made how it should have in first place. By using real world as playfield and controller or display just for UI.
