Why is Case & Power Supplies grouped?

Is there a reason why power supplies are grouped in the same subforum as cases?

Besides the fact that cases were commonly sold with power supplies a few years ago, it seems that cases and power supplies are now infrequently bundled together.

It's a standard for Tech forums? Every single tech forum I've encountered has PSU & Cases grouped together, the exception would be Overclock.net

A lot of forums do it, I don't know why, and I don't like it either.
