Edit: and I recommend the mx100 256 Gb ssd insted of the 240GB Kingston. The Kingston drives aren't that fast unless you can find a old one.

swap the h55 for a cheaper cooler like the 212 evo. Get a cheaper PSU like the CX500M and swap the 500GB drive for a 1TB drive.

If you need to have Windows 8.1/8, and you plan on upgrading or making another build, don't get an OEM licensed copy.

OEM licenses will lock themselves to the motherboard, and if you want to build another rig you'll have to buy a brand new windows license.
