Yes, the Xbox is a computer like any other computer; with some kind of main chip, and devices that are heat sinked.  You'd need to make a custom solution; but it's utterly pointless.  The Xbox cannot Overclock its' processor, and the stock cooling is sufficient.  The only need for that would be if you could overclock the Xbox, which you cannot so it will not generate extra heat.
