Current system is dying (Artefacts, artefacts everywhere when trying to play games) new system needed.

My current system is on its last leg with a twisted ankle and a none existent knee cap.

When trying to play games this happens accompanied by a buzz through my headset:

Here is a system I would like to build are there any improvements that could be made but still keep it in the same price range?

Here. If you already have a 1440p monitor, just remove it from the build. Speaking of which, that's a 25" 1440p monitor, which is very unique. If you love high pixel density, this monitor is for you.

16GB of 1600mhz ddr3 ram
506gb of ssd's
A single 980
