Noctua Fans (Black)

Yea I thinhk their actually better maybe not rpm wise but design wise especially because they can easily be modded to PWM. Only problem is I cant find any 5400rpm ones in the US anymore only like 4000rpm or somehting and I plan to just get one to try the mod and if its just one I want the one that keeps up with a HDD, lol.

I think the question is if they can deliver this much power

probably not that looks like a 35mm thick fan these are and pride them selves with being the standard 20mm thick.

Dye wouldnt chip unless the fan's plastic did. I think your thinking of paint.

ASUS has no gold and black GPU's. Well it would be PNY (GPU) and ASUS (MOBO)

EVGA has gold and black GPU's I say EVGA is a better choice then PNY :)
