best tablet with touch screen

hi everyone, i like drawing and im always on the move and i was wondering if there are any tablets (windows 8 or android) that have touch and also the use of a pen to draw with. hoping for something under $500 if its possible. thanks.

How big?

I know Wacom has the Intuos Pen and Touch. That might suit you very well. (I have the pen only and it pretty damn good!)

It's like 75-90 dollars, so yeah..

 

Oh you meant the other type of tablet to draw on..

Tegra Note 7 and Note 10.1 are both good choices for Android as @lani100 stated. For Windows check out the Toshiba Encore 2 Write
