When shopping for hardware for my new gaming computer, I ran into a couple of doubts, especially regarding the PSU.

Looking at my system build I came to the conclusion that a 600W PSU would be a good a fit, so I went on and searched for this piece of hardware, and ended up with the Corsair CX600 power supply.

 Now, my first question:

-Do I need to buy any extra cables or does the PSU come with all of them?

-Looking at the system build, will 600W be enough?

SPECS:

Asus B85M-E

Intel i5 4440

GTX 760 (Gigabyte or Asus)

8(2x4Gb) HyperX 1600MHz

1 Tb SATA III 7200Rpm

Corsair Cx600

Thank you very much for the attention, first post on the forum :)

1. The PSU is fine as it is

2. 600W for your build is more than enough ;)

Welcome to the forum, enjoy your stay

the PSU should have all the cables you could need for the system and have plenty of power

No, everything you need is included.

Yes, 600W is plenty.

A tip for the future: You need to quote a post or tag a member or else they won't get a notification you replied to them.

Also, a cx500 or 500B1 may be cheaper options that would already be plenty for the system.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

If you're in the US, and are looking to buy within the next week or so, I would suggest this PSU from TigerDirect: XFX TS Series 550W $25 after mail-in rebate for a rebranded Seasonic-made PSU. Seasonic makes some of the best PSUs on the market.
