You can run a 970 on a 500W powersupply without any problems... You could run two with a ton of headroom.

Yes you can run it easily

Yes it's a great 1080p card

Will the VRAM "issue" apply? I know, it's old news.

I know of only 1 1080p scenario suffering from it and that's in Star Citizen Arena Commander I believe

Shadow of mordor with that super ultra thing is an exception since they already recommend 6GB, but yeah, I should have mentioned it
