Onedrive is soo bad though

Better than one drive. Onedrives upload and download speeds are horrible.

I tried downloading a few gigabytes worth of files and it said it would take several days

I use it, it's pretty good. Downs/ups aren't too fast, but they're decent enough

Are you talking about OneDrive? Never used it, don't know.

The problem I have with Google Drive is that when I upload 2 or more things, it likes to upload everything at the same time, causing my internet (40-3.7 Mb) to get REAL slow.

Even though it's not fast

It is not spam. Blogspot is owned by Google so a lot of the official blogs are blogspot blogs.

Official Google Blog (which also links to the same security checkup page)

Official YouTube Blog

Official Android Blog

Official Google Photos (and Picasa) blog

Official Gmail blog

The list goes on.

You will get the 2GB of free space the 28th February.

  • 3 weeks later...

Just checked my Google Drive storage space and it's still showing only 15 GB. Have any of you received your free space yet?

Quote from the article below.

We’ll be granting the storage automatically to everyone around 28 February 2015 and we’ll send you an email when your adjustment is complete.
