I am kicked from Battlefield 3 servers?!?!?!?!?

Ok, so here i am playing a nice game of TDM and all of a sudden a saving screen comes up and the game closes. I look on the battle log and it says this: Game disconnected: your connection to the server timed out.

This isn't the first time either, i just finally got sick of it today. Some one heeeeeelp! :)

It could be your connection, try restarting your router. Maybe UPnP?

how?

1.Press: Windows-button + R, a window should pop up. 2. Write: "services.msc" (without the ") then press enter. 3. In the list of services, scroll down to "UPnP Device Host", click it and press "Stop service". 4. Now do the same thing but with the service "SSDP Discovery". 5. Exit the window and go to control panel-> Network and Internet-> Network and Sharing Centre-> Change advanced sharing settings (to the left)-> Under "network discovery" select to turn off network discovery. 6. SAVE CHANGES

It could be the router, but it could also be your modem. What type of internet connection do you have? Do you know if your modem has a settings page you can access in a browser? If it does, then it most likely also has the ability to view the stats of the line, as well as the connection status. Look into that, and keep that page bookmarked. When your game drops, check that to make sure it's still connected.

I've had a bad DSL connection for years, and it loses sync on average 20+ times a day. I know I'm a rare case, though.
